My prepaid Visa has an $8 fee that comes off once a month, and if the balance is less than that, the fee is waived. So around the 4th of last month, I notice that I have just enough left on Visa to buy the book, You're Not Crazy, You're Just Waking Up (seen on the carrousel at the top of this blog).
So I ordered it and I had the neatest feeling when the transaction went through. I had not bought a new book in ages. An email from Amazon soon followed with my order number.
On the 8th, I checked my Visa balance and it was not what I was expecting. So I went into the transaction detail and there was no record of my Amazon order AND the $8 in fees had been taken off after all.
Well there went my book. I felt the disappointment, especially since I had so many glitches with my Visa and Paypal all month. I did the process until I could really feel that all of it was illusion.
A few days ago, I got a package in the mail. It was my book from Amazon!
Finally, one of my glitches turned out for "the better" (only my judgment on it as all of my creations are perfect).
How Amazon got paid, I don't know.
But I'm not asking either!!!
